Job Description: Inside Sales Team Lead Department: Inside Sales As the Leader of the Inside Sales team, you serve as a liaison between our Inside Sales Team and various other areas of the company. These areas include Shipping and Receiving, Millwork, Production, Purchasing, Service, Installed Sales, EWP, Pricing, Credit and Technical Services and our Customers. Responsibilities include: Provides Team Member training Refines processes and procedures for the department Provides support to the Inside Sales team with customers and outside reps Order Processing, including matching purchase orders and checking pricing Processing quotes in a timely manner and verifying pricing Scope: Attend all scheduled training sessions and product knowledge programs Conduct scheduled meetings as needed Physical inventory- mandatory Handle complaints and service calls following through to completion and customer satisfaction/communication Relate to needs of outside sales people and customers Handle paperwork ACCURATELY and consistently within company guidelines and in a manner where others can follow up and complete transactions or answer questions if necessary Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Conduct performance reviews for team members Other responsibilities as needed Behavioral Traits: Service oriented.
